I am definitely not a do-it yourselfer. ?My finger gets tired when I am only spraying the oil coating on to my pans. So when sceptic me is asked to try the new Valspar spray paint myself, I cautiously agreed. Hubby says he refuses to clean up any more of my messes.The winter weather outside is awful?dark, downcast, damp. ?Better figure out something inside. ? The can says this topcoat is suitable for?wood, metal, most plastics, ceramics, paper-mache, etc., but I am thinking small. ?Painting inside requires adequate ventilation so I have to work fast. ?Open windows in freezing temperatures ?bring in COLD.
Hubby is laughing already as?I cover my workspace with the funnies. I set up the metal can I am decorating and begin to paint.
Mistake One: ?Nothing comes out because I neglected to unlock the twist and lock system. Hubby intervenes and turns the top 90 degrees.
Mistake Two: ?I spray hubby. ?Fact is that the large spray finger pad really needs very little pressure. I try again. This time I get it right.
Time to Show-and-Tell my project.
